How to Increase Facebook Likes

Hi all,

I need some guidance.
I an New in SMO/SMM and i have a client who needs to increase his fan page likes upto 300,000 and his current likes are 4000.
i am regularly posting new engaging posts on daily basis upto 12-15 posts.
participating in events groups and communities but still it's likes are not increasing as mush fast.
