Hello sir.

I monetize videos on Youtube, and get CPC = 0.01$-0.04$ per day.

Please guide me to increase CPC, Thank you very much and apologize for my English language.

Write articles or videos on High paying niche keywords.example-health,insurance,student loan,payday loan,how to donate a car in california etc...

Are your videos on english? What countries are you targetting?

In countries where there is little to no competence in advertising through adwords, the CPC is usually really low

Your English is fine.

It's all about segmentation. If your video is about a certain niche and your ads are completely unrelated, you won't get results. Make sure to have the video description text be relevant to what's actually in the video.

will it even matter what on the video or what even playing, the main problem is that the
title and description and tags are correctly set, or can the video it self be formatted aswell know in YouTube?

You cant use CPA links and adsense at the same time or you get your asss banned as far as i know.

Here's the my Experience...
Try to Drive USA Google organic people...more...post Unique content with a proper keyword research..& do SEO
You can drive people easily..after few months..

BUT Remember..you cannot drive thousands of people with 5-6 post..!
Atleast you need 100 Over unique content..


Then accordingly when you are getting more visitors & page views , Google algorithm..shows High paying ads on your site.

I got Over $6 CPC with 500 over daily organic traffic - That's was my one of great Blog

So try to Bring people naturally..as well use High paying keywords also
