400 clicks and 4 completed orders only! How can I increase the conversion rate?

Conversion depends on a few things, how well your content is written, how you're marketing the products, the placement on your site etc. And then your target market, if there is a culture of consumerism like in the US you'll get a lot of sales, otherwise you won't. You need to analyze all of these things and then move forward. IMO 400 clicks isn't enough data for optimizing conversions. But in the meantime I would look at top performing sites in your niche and see what they are doing.
 
Check your traffic source. Maybe your niche is the problem. 400 is decent clicks if it is all organic.

It's all organic, my website is six months old, in the fifth and sixth month I got 400 clicks but with very low conversion rate.
My website is about best products, ie: top 10 products in various niches.

@ma9id this! If a site is ranking well and has tons of traffic, see how they have structured things. But don't just implement it like that, look at multiple competitors and find things they have in common.
