How to increase above 10 selling limits quickly?

I've heard if you personally ring them and be really nice and explain you have reached your limit already that they can sometimes give you a higher limit. I've also heard phone call is the best and if one person don't increase your limit simply hang up the call and ring back and you will get somebody else who may be more helpful.

Sell something for $0.99 like .... "review of your business"
