oh shoot, you're right! That's not a download page, I never bothered checking it closely, sorry!
After 20-ish minutes of looking around I only found this plugin that might be what you're trying to do, but I'm not sure. And if this is not what you need then I'm afraid there's no plugin that can filter posts like you want (unless @Festinger has one in his vault):
