Its quite challenging but i dont think so it works within a week.
 
There is no way to improve in 1 week. You need to improve your technical SEO, combining your content with search intent to improve.
 
Here is a step by step for you :

1. Get Good backlinks - niche backlinks and do follow.
2. Get those backlinks indexed as fast as possible.
3. Once your backlink gets indexed, try to index your website page that you are targeting as soon as possible. (i.e. within 1 week)
Note: Make sure the page you are trying to improve ranking is better than those above you. Do Good On page SEO. So that when Google Bot Revisits your website to index it finds something new.
 
One week is tough for competitive keywords, focus on high-quality backlinks, optimize on-page SEO, and leverage social media for quick traffic boosts.
 
You can try getting backlinks from high quality sites. It might take more than 1 week to see the improvements in ranking
 
You can try to refresh your existing content and strengthen the internal linking and build high quality backlinks.
