How to improve page score?

Ya I actually tried stuff like that. In fact out of 6 posts on the page, only one is an ad (event). Everything else was YouTube videos and I did try to engage people. Maybe I just suck at it

Every page has a post score. If you are a page admin, go to your page and look in the left column. There is your post score. As far as I know it's out of 100. That's a speculation as nobody can reach a perfect post score. But Dennis Yu I believe was talking about it being that high. Basically the higher your post score, the higher your penetration of the fan's wall. The longer your posts will stay higher up on the wall. The more visibility your posts get.
You gotta think of it how Facebook thinks. Facebook's goal is to make money via ads. Thus they need to increase ad view as much as possibly. To increase ad view, they need to increase page view. To increase page view they need to improve stickiness of the site (i.e. how much time each individual stays on the site). To improve stickiness they try to increase user engagement. So it is in their and user's best interest to show user the pages that have a higher "engagement" factor more often. So if you page just spams ads all the time, and nobody reads those, worst yet user's click "Hide" in their feed, then your page is not going to stay long on the wall. It will quickly scroll off the screen and get taken over by other feeds.
Ok. We all know having quality content with intrinsic viral factor and less ads will improve organic engagement and page score. But is the assertion:
"Will commenting/liking from fake accounts work? How many comments/likes do I need for a group of 1,000 fans?"
still hold?

How does facebook filters out spammy likes/commets? If he does, how can one game that filtering?
