I have a new fb group where I plan to sell my targeted niche ebook and video course. But first I wanted to know if it’s possible to pay like a Microworkers site for people to join the group while it’s public and like then post a provided post usually in a form of a pre written question then I have the moderator answers all the questions .

The goal is to get about 800-1000 members in the group using this method so it can catch some momentum. Then I’ll change the group name so it’s more relevant to the niche topic.
After that then turn the group to paid private group where new members will have to purchase the $17 ebook before being approved to the group.

Is there any other website or even forum posting sites where I can pay users a few cents to post and like in the public group?

It's a smart idea to hire a few people to do some manual work daily like you said ask questions, etc.
Also, it's a good idea if you can set that system yourself to have more control, because for example if your group is in the US, You want more members from the US.
So it's a good idea to have a few accounts, proxies, and a good multi-login software and post the comments, etc by yourself, so you can control the member's location, it make your group better if people with the same location joined the group, but if yours is international then there's no need for that
Anyway what you are saying is good, but its better to do It your self, or hire someone, get him accounts, and instruct him/her how to do the daily activities in your group
Good luck

The plan involves increasing the membership of a new Facebook group through paid methods, followed by a change in the group's name and transitioning to a paid private group model for ebook sales. However, attempting to artificially boost group membership or engagement violates Facebook's policies. It's recommended to focus on organic growth strategies and legitimate promotion methods to attract genuinely interested members. Paid advertising and engaging content might be more effective in reaching the desired audience for ebook and course sales.

I believe that's what most people do tbh
You need a small commnuity of members that engage well to take off

You should hire someone to do the manual work like liking, posting, etc. to get organic followers. And then if you want to expand your group, you can run ads

Instead, you can hire an agency to help you run likes or followers, these are all real likes because the group of people is within your target range so you don't need to worry. They will also take care of posting or commenting on your articles
