I need help on how to increase the DR and UR values of a new site that is few months old to UR30+ and DR30+. Thanks.

Build new links, post new contents. That's all you need to increase these DR, DA, Xyz. Doesn't matter actually. Still good for people who are selling links

Well, all you need to get links from high authority blog/site and post weekly based content within your site.

Backlink from big authority will up your DR / DA
Try to build some profile on big sites like microsoft, blogger, behance etc
