How to improve adwords perfomance

Hi, im trying to reach 10/10 quality score with a website

i have:

On the home

Logo+title
search
welcome to the website with explication
faq

The website is responsive

and my ad is

exact keyword + brandname
Use this service for exact keyword we have more than xx. of the bla bla

and the ad has 16 - 23% of ctr and on the perfomance

Exp CTR: Above average
AD CTR : Average
landing page: Below average

anyone has some tip or tutorial for improve this?

What is your QS? It won't show anything until it has enough data.

By far the biggest factor in QS is your CTR at each position compared to other advertisers. It's relative. It also changes all the time as every search affects every advertiser a little, up or down depending on which ads got clicked. In other words, you need to write ads that makes the searcher want to click.

You say your CTR is 16-23% but I suspect you are just starting and that's on very few clicks and impressions. This makes QS more volatile and somewhat unreliable. Remember too that you are given a QS of 6 on new ads. Google actually gives you the benefit until it has enough to figure out a truer QS when it has enough data.

Your CTR seems to be a good start so it's a matter of waiting until the system settles. QS of 10 is the holy grail but don't feel bad if it's 9 or even 8.
