How to IFRAME cpa, but just first page?

Hello,

I've been searching and searching for a tool or technique that will allow me to iframe an offer, but then after the user submits the first page, will logically "break out" of the iframe and redirect them to the advertisers site. Otherwise, if you frame, then it stays in frame the whole time which really doesn't work for me, and could cause complaints or banning from the network. Any ideas? Thanks!

I believe there is software that does that. Im not sure which one but check out tools like ghostcpa.
