I have seen several do follow back link lists recently. I made some contextual back links from them and got them indexed.
Now, when I check on Ahrefs it shows as No Follow.

My question is, how can we know whether we are going to get a do follow link or not, by looking at a url?

Right Click > View source > Ctrl+F > search for your link!

Simple by right clicking on your link choose the inspect elements The easiest way to find out is to right-click on the link and select “Inspect” in Chrome. Once you do that, a window will show up on the right with the link HTML highlighted. Then, simply check to see if the rel=“nofollow” attribute is in the code.

Install an extension named "Nofollow" on your gogle chrome browser. it will show all nofollow links on the page with red dots.

the other links will be ******** if it dont have red dots. (it also tell you whether the page having nofollow and noindex meta tags or not.)

https://www.igorware.com/extensions/nofollow-simple?referrer-ver=chrome-ext-manager - this Chrome plugin works great

you can install MozBar,
you click on the pensil on the top left,
you can chose Followed or NoFollowed
Follow link will appear in green, no follow links will be in pink
