How can we disavow spam backlinks from moz tool ? By selecting spmmy links from moz and putting them in webmaster tool ? or you have any another way

No need to worry about that. It is always better to add the backlinks from the relevant authority sites because quality is more important than quantity.
 
You can't, mate! I'm sure we're talking about Moz spam score here, right? Moz isn't google, they still keep counting those spammy links in your spam score even if you disavow them AFAIK.

No one said they have any other option
 
From my experience, trying to be perfect in SEO is wating a lot of time when you could be doing more important things. Unless a link is pure spam, I would spend that time creating better content and getting better quality links. A normal website will have bad links. Even NYT has spam links.

create good content and get better links.
 
Spam score does not matters I think. If you want to take care much on it, you need to check and remove all the bad links and the low quality articles that you have done.
 
Yes, spam score is shitty metric. It’s not Google metric and does not have any value in rankings.

I know people with old websites that naturally gathered shitty links from various tier 3 search engines, plagirism, etc. They even don’t bother to disavow these links and ranking just fine.

I guess high spam score + shitty content would be the reason of penalty/deindexation, but if you write good content you should be fine.

Use Moz to find spam backlinks then upload it on webmaster tools
 
Analyse the backlink profile, find the low quality one and remove it. Also build quality link and keep monitoring the backlink profile. To be safe, always post only informative and unique content and maintain good site trust.
 
5% spamscore is not a big issue

But if you want to reduce the spam score, then disavow some bad backlinks from GSC
