How to I input these fields to verify my domain?

I may look like a noob doing this but I really need to know which fields I need to input and how. I want to verify my sendgrip domain so that I can send emails through gsuite using their smpt.

However I have no idea how to add these fields in my Network Solutions dns dashboard and I need to input sendgrid's codes.

I have attached the images below. Can someone tell me where to input these fields? And in which column? I would appreciate it
