How to host videos in websites?

A few days ago, Google asked me to host videos on my server, when I was putting link from YouTube. Now most shared hosting peeps say they do not allow videos. Many of you run sites full of videos. I wanted to know what is the best way.

Host it on a video sharing site - less hassle of having to worry about load times, cdns and speed plus the extra benefit of having increased visibility from your site being found through search or social video sites.

Thanks @CyHead. Which are those video sharing sites? Can you just elaborate the process a little bit? This is the first time I will be dealing in videos.

Host on a third party streaming / video hosting site. There’s plenty of free ones out there but they do come with ads. If you want a private paid option I’d suggest bunnystream
