Beginner here. I have already prepped a fresh linux tails os system to work on the website thorugh (so that I never connect to the website through my real info).
I am now planning to buy a vps and domain through njalla on the linus system, using monero to pay.

Is this a good way to go about things? Please let me know what types o actions should I take next.

Edit: before you say anything about legality, no I am not planning to sell drugs or make the next Silk road, thanks!

Do more research, i.e. google: DMCA ignored hosting 2024 blackhatworld, as there are countless threads on this forum with the info you require.

1. Avoid Njalla. Go with NameSilo (if you don't need special tlds) for the domain with false information. Use their wallet system and fund it with crypto. Pay for everything that way.

2. Look up others for hosting, do not use NameSilo (just for domains), and be sure the region they are hosted in doesn't give a shit about what you are selling. Countless recommended here.

3. You can always use a proxy on top of your hosting to hide who the host is/etc.

4. The way you accept payments in your store will also be something you'll need to consider. Look into self hosted cryptocurrency payment processors.

5. I recommend registering a LLC/company & discuss with a CPA to do things right. If all goes to shit and someone sues you, if you did everything right they can only take what your business has.

6. Look at your competitors, reverse their business and see how they do things. Especially ones that have been around for years.

etc.

Don't cheap out and skip the research required to remain safe. Best of luck.

njalla kick fast, use better cnobin/bizcn or .to/su/ru domains if dmca or smailer is
and for hosting , dmzhost/novogara

.to is no longer safe and hasn't been safe for the past 2 years. Multiple providers in my niche have been compromised due to .to. Best to not recommend it any longer.

Who do you recommend for .su? I'd like to register a domain with .su but seems everywhere requires documents/russian IDs, which I cannot provide, nor am willing. Any suggestions that don't require those?

Are .ru safe for use in the clearnet? Are there SEO restrictions / social media shadow banning I could experience with .ru websites?

Can you pay for dmzhost/novogara with crypto (monero/btc/ltc)?

While those are relatively safe, carries its own drawbacks. You might even have first hand experience on these type of sites, you know the ones. People usually correlate it with spam, which could harm SEO rankings (unless adjusted in Google Search Console, etc.) and reduce user confidence, especially outside Russia. Plus, social media platforms might flag .ru links which is not ideal. For global reach and anonymity, and or whenever possible, just consider alternatives like .io, .is, .cc, .net, or .org.
