How to host a pbn network

I was at first planning to host them on some PBN hosting but then I was thinking I will get only cloudflare DNS
So, when someone will use these links; wouldn't it be so suspicious. Same DNS on all 100 sites like same service provider cloudflare.
And if I will go with different hosting cost will kill probably. Totally confused, looking for some solid advice.

The budget-friendly option is using one of those pbn hosting sites. Make sure your IP addresses are spread out across different locations. For DNS, mix it up by using different nameservers from your registrar, also private nameservers, and Cloudflare to keep things diverse. I personally go with Priority Prospect for my PBNs because of their dedicated IPs, but you can also check out Seekhost and pbn.ltd if you’re looking for shared ips and cdn options.

Do i need to use 1 dedicated ip per website ? If using cloudflare on some of my website or any other CDN can i save some cost ? Cause each dedicated ip is around 5€/ month

PP is crazy, if you have any questions be sure to ping @Diplomat he's the owner. He's always at the cutting edge front of IP and hosting security technology. He already implemented changes on PP that NONE of the other providers have even thought about. Far to technical most of the stuff for me, but as long as it works, that's all you need, and this is the one solution that certainly does. I don't use him right now, but have, cause I can't afford PBN's and have different sort of projects, but I wouldn't go anywhere else, knowing what I know about his work ethic.
 
You are absolutely right. All these hostings ... on 1 server and are covered by cdn service like cloudflare
 
If I'm not mistaken, here's a tip:

1. Hire a VPS that supports the number of websites you intend to create;
2. Install a panel of your choice (e.g.: aaPanel, CloudPanel, HestiaCP);
3. Hire a hosting plan where you can create multiple email accounts (Why a hosting plan to create emails? So that you can be sure that you won't lose access to these email accounts);
4. For each email account created, create a CloudFlare account;
5. For each CloudFlare account created, enter a Domain enabling the Reverse Proxy;

I believe that this way the VPS IP will never be exposed.

I mean does it expired domain name or active domain name?

This is absolutely not enough.
Cloudflare hides the real IP, but this is just a side effect of their service. If you had sites on this cdn, then you know how easy it is to get a complaint against the site and, with an official request (for example, to file a lawsuit), get a real IP address and a real hoster. Therefore, it's just naive to think that this service will solve all your problems at different IP addresses of your satellites.

We only are talking about Google SERP, right? Lawsuit is another situation.

I agree - these are different things. But I'm talking about something else - you don't need to sue, you just need to make an official request to get the data.
And now the question is, are you sure that Google does not make such requests? After all, it is important for him to know the sites on 1 IP.

I have a PBN with 100 sites like this and I have never received a single penalty.
