When I used to grind IG pages I used
When posted like it with minimum of 5 accounts and do 20x-30x comments using different accounts (e.g 10 comments using 1 account)

Not something you can control for. This is BHW after all, we don't really rely on the algorithm blessing us with views/reach on our every post. We rely on bruteforcing our way into traffic by virtue of automation.
