My strategy for LinkedIn would roughly look like this (assuming you already have a profile setup):Can you elaborate more about recruiting via linkedin? How does one go about that?
1)connect with others based on what you are looking for in employees and similar interests.
2) make sure you post content that is a "position open" ad. Make a blog post, comment at others and start building rapport. Through in a few posts that slightly brags about why your company is great (be genuine) and this should entice those looking for a job, as well you may find your connections sharing you opening to their circles.
3) just keep growing your presence. You can join related groups, answer questions, and search for people based on keywords
Nothing fancy, but should be able to find a solid candidate to fulfill you position
Also, there may be a fee to post job ads on LinkedIn ... never had do this but I figured better to put this caution out there
