Hello everyone,
more of a general question than a job offer. I would like to outsource some tasks of my business to 2-3 workers abroad. They should write fairly well in English, but other than that there's nothing required except for having a phone. I have thought of hiring people from India since the wages seem to be relatively cheap and a good friend of mine is Indian and fluent in Hindi, who could negotiate wages beforehand. My questions are:
1. Does reaching out to people via Facebook work? From my research, that's the most common way of finding Indian workers. Are there better ways I am unaware of?
2. How do you pay these workers? PayPal only has a 2-4% market share, PayTM seems to only work in India (correct me if I'm wrong, also I read that VPNs can also not bypass it while maintaining the full functionality of the app) and crypto is also rarely accpted. Can you recommend any providers that allow international transfers? I'm based in Western Europe.
3. What's a realistic hourly wage? Would $2 per hour be considered a fair wage or should I even aim lower?
