How to hide the source URL with a redirect plugin ?

Hello , I am using pretty links plugin for my affiliate links, using the 301 redirect type, the origin page of the visitor still shows up in the affiliate panel as the
source of where the visitor came from, I wonder is there a way to hide that and my make my redirect URL as the visitor source URL? I saw there is a javascript URL redirection or meta refresh option the plugin, is that going to work for that purpose? thanks in advance!

Try php redirect to a domain and then redirect that to your campaign. Referral should change then

It was years ago when I used it but does a double META refresh still work?
