How to hide My PC on a wireless network

Hello guys, so when using my schools wireless connection, people use an android app called 'FING' to share the network connection with me and they do so by copying either my IP address or my MAC address. please how can i get rid of them, Please i need answers ....THANKS

AFAIK Fing is just a network scanner. Just don't connect to the wireless network and they can't scan you.
I don't have an android phone but it should be simple to block.

You can try spoofing your Mac address and hard disk serial number, use PBDownforce for the latter if you're on windows.
