Get HMA Pro VPN if you want to spend some bucks and get a good quality.

Try open source VPN like OpenVPN for free solutions.

another vote for hotspotshield if you just want something quick to set up and free.
not so good in the long run though id say HMA Pro and private proxies for that.

Hotspot Shield is recognised by a lot of sites as what it is and not that effective for serious use. HMA, I don't really care for, but it's a decent VPN I guess. For what you're looking to do though, you want proxies. Head over to the Proxy forums here and read a bit if you haven't already. You want proxies, and you want to learn about cleaning cookies (including flash cookies and evercookies).

I have Hotspotshield but no idea how to use it with my software runniing from my PC.

If I wanted to use it with NHSEO or SeNuke how would I disguise my IP?

    Thanks

IIRC HotSpotShield routes all your traffic via their servers automatically by default.

HMA VPN is the best one. The cost is reasonable for a large IP pool.

Yeah. I used it once to get UK IP as there was this UK-only free game being distributed via Origin :D
Didn't have to do anything else than just run HSS and everything worked like a charm.

You could always just check their FAQ to be sure ;)
