Is their a good tool or software that Hide IP address just for free?

lots of pluins different browsers, do a search on google for IP switcher for firefox
 
There is always HideMyIp but you gonna spend a few bucks

using firefox browser (which you should use as your de facto browser anyway), use their add-on 'foxyproxy' and it'll allow you to surf anonymously and free of charge all day long. here's the home page of the add-on creator for more info, but if you decide to use this after reading about it, you can download direct from firefox/mozilla. anyway, here's the write-up:-

Depending on the level you want to stay anonymous, try Free Proxies, Tor Browser, Private proxies, VPN with shared IP, VPN with Dedicated IP or the list goes on.

Public proxies and Tor Browser are free which you can try :)
 
There are many different ways to do this, the most common and easy of them is by using a free or paid proxy, or trying out a software which changes it for you.
 
Why do you want to hide the IP? This is a rare request. It is better when the IP is seen.
