you can find a lot of guides on how to hide yourself from websites. usually all the steps are the same. you already have some of the basics such as changing IP
i'd be wary of using 3rd party apps such as multi login, then you're trusting another company to do something that you could do yourself

But multi login change only browser and cookies
But Facebook can know your ip and pc id and mac address
