I want to make sure that ISP will never find out or see what im searching on the internet, is something like this 100% possible? if so how?

Tor browser or Tails OS.
They can't see what you're doing but they'll know you're using Tor tunnels.

Aren't you using any VPN?

Using a reputed VPN is the best option.

I think only VPN should be enough. I use NordVPN. You may try it too.

Tor browser is the best for this kind of job.

Very simple answer, DNS over HTTPS. By switching to encrypted DNS and by using HTTPS websites, ISP cant see anything you are visiting and cant collect any of your browser activity. For something this simple, you dont need vpn, proxies or anything like that. Websites still can see your IP when you visit them of course, but you dont care about that, you just want to stop ISP from seeing everything you do.

You need to use encryption to protect your traffic. Encryption makes your data unreadable for anyone who intercepts it, including your ISP. You can use a VPN or Tor to easily encrypt your traffic.
