How many do you want to have?
One is enough but, I understand we are all different and doing different things, so you can ask your family members to open AdSense under their name, streets, all the details, someone you have trust in, and vice versa.
This is the best and safest option.
You can also run multiple sources like AdSense + Ezoic or any other alternative from a single address, etc.

Thanks for the answer. But isn't that an obvious footprint if you have 5 AdSense accounts in one bank account? You wouldn't even need a high-paid Google dev to implement a check for that - but what do I know, maybe they are not as smart there at Google as we thought...

You should use the same strategy that people who build PBNs have.
What does this mean?
Totally different domains and different registrars.
Pay close attention to how you interlink.
Make sure that when you're accessing your different emails from different domains, you use a different MAC address.
Your IP address goes without saying should be different.
You have to be very careful because once Google finds out that you have multiple AdSense accounts, all of them will be in danger.
Imagine putting all that work only to see it go up in smoke.

People use anti-detect browsers combined with proxies to change their browser fingerprint (like OS, browser type, screen resolution, etc.) and IP address. If you haven't heard about browser fingerprinting, I recommend looking it up—it can be very useful. Using these tools, they create a clean environment to manage multiple accounts on various sites.

Bro, for so many accounts you definitely need resident proxies or an anti-detect browser like gologin, just have a separate profile and a proxy for each account
