How to have Bing track conversions?

I've just started with Bing Ads, but noticed that from the 6 conversions I've gotten, Bing is n9t reporting them. How do I get Bing to track my conversions?

Also, how the heck do you clone an ad group?
I really don't want to have to redo all my bids, for the same exact list of keywords.
