Hi
for the past few nights, my sleep has been disturbed due to dreams about school. I haven't been in school for a long time, but every night, I dream that I am in a class and don't understand the subject, or I have an exam and I am not ready, or I missed the deadline to drop a class and now I am going to get an F in the class.

sometimes, I also dream about some people being dead. a few weeks ago, it was my cousin. a couple of nights ago, it was another cousin.

how can I sleep soundly, without taking any kind of medications?

Has your diet changed lately? Believe or not I found out the hard way that a change in diet does indeed effect sleep habits and can make you have some strange dreams. I went through this for about a week before realizing what was doing it. And if you feel that strongly against medication, just get yourself some night time PM aspirins that they sell at the local dollar store. I take those when I have trouble sleeping and they normally knock me right out.

I'm having th exact same problem as you. And it's been a long ass time since i dropped out of school.

Maybe thats why you dreams like this. ( Joking)

It seems that the problem may be within you. It would help if you provided us with some more information like the time you go to sleep, the amount of hours you sleep, etc.

How's your diet, and things like that? Are you healthy? How do you feel about those dreams? Maybe they're trying to tell you something in regards to school?

Do some hard work during the day..... go to the gym/run/exercise. Poop yourself out (I think is the American term), and you will sleep like a log (no pun intended).

I agree with the above poster about exercise. The days that I exercise I have the best sleep. Have you ever tried one of those noise makers that are made to help with sleep? You can have things like rain, waves or thunder. I've heard those have helped people. I think they have free apps for this also. Might be worth a try.

Go to the gym/exercise.
Eat clean
Dont work on comp or watch tv 1 hour before bed
Dont have anything like cell phone or tv on or even digital clock in room when sleeping
Take 450mg magnesium before bed. Most people are deficient in magnesium and report improved sleep when supplementing with it.

smoke some pot - you'll sleep better and won't remember your dreams, which I'll admit is the one negative to this wonder plant (except maybe that lung cancer thing)

As for the content of your dreams.. not much I can help you with there. As far as quality of sleep.. simply get into a good pattern going to bed and waking up at the same time, sleep on your back and/or make sure you are in a comfortable position, healthy diet, exercise, take melatonin as a natural aid, etc.

It's the best comment i've read! it definitely works for me "most of the time" so yeah, Try it! :44:

If your sleep is being disturbed, it means something is bothering you, stop masturbating and get a GF.
