How to have a wordpress menu like this one?

Hey guys, if you go to this site and hover over the "products" button you'll see what I mean. www.fender.com

Basically, in Wordpress I need to do the same thing. Have the child menus run horizontal with their siblings and then have the siblings children be drop down. Anyone know how to do this?

thanks guys! uber menu did the trick, but i couldn't figure out how to get it to use my own css so i killed it, but uber menu rocks!

Yeah its uber menu I've used it for one of my projects before its nice!
