How to have a performing Fast and good looking Wordpress WooCommerce theme ?

Why do wordpress themes become slower when you implement them on your site, I have tried the best ones like Shoptimizer , Astra , Neve , Generatepress , but when I implement them on the site they are slower than normal , even after using Wprocket , especially on mobiles which represent a large part of the traffic .

Look into your hosting, your problems with speed is likely there.

I second it might have to do with your hosting provider. Page caching and something like Redis Object Cache give you a huge bump in performance and makes it fairly easy to reach ~100% performance score, but it depends on your server if it supports them or not.
Which provider do you use for hosting? Also how big of a performance difference is there?

on the mobile for example when you test on page speed these templates they give you 9x /100 but on my website they degrade down to 3x or 4x

And you are using Redis? I have used most of those themes without any problems but on good hosting with extra ram since Woo needs that.
