How to handle this DMCA take down request

I built a torrent client and the official site where people can download it got a DMCA takedown request from fl studio, the request stated to takedown my domain, I'm not breaking any dmca laws, my domain is hosted at namecheap. How should I handle this, move to off shore host?

sure move to offshore hosting provider and for domain mostly .com .net .org domains are easily taken down by copyright complains. try to use .to domain or you can search google for offshore domains which is more reliable for you.
i,e get offshore web hosting + offshore domain

Did you clearly mention in your website that your site only hosts a client and not the bla bla bla? A torrent client can't be C & D'd/DMCA'd I am sure. I would have been mad on those guys I swear. Do you happen to live in USA as well?

Edit: Tell them to fuck off. Sorry for the slang but that is what you should do.

Move your domain to an offshore host since namecheap bans domains quite easily. Since you have a torrent website, make sure they cannot trace anything back to you. Make anonymous payments (or use false personal details) and do not use your real IP.
