How to handle such competitors subrogate strategy

Today while digging about our brand name in google, 3-4 pages after, Here i found A unique strategy to subrogate our business brand name & service by our competitor.
In the competitor's website, the Article same as our service.
found comment used our brand name (rest is self-explanatory if u see screen capture )




I just edited with red, our brand name, about our service, competitor's info.

How to handle such a situation?

I don't think there is much that you can do in that situation, but it would depend on the laws where you live.

Page 3-4 won't be an issue, nobody is going to dig that far and find a low quality site like you've shown. I would focus on what you can do to take care of your brand and promote your brand and service.
