I recently setup a micro niche site that revolves around one of my favorite hobbies. I created an instructional vid and while checking the current state of my backlinks i found my vid on an autoblog. how should i go about handling this?

It's free traffic to your video so why do you care? Watermark the videos you do and the autoblogs might generate some free converting traffic for you.

Few months ago I got almost all of my articles stolen from one of my sites..it was an autoblog hosted on a server in holland. The script at least provided a link back to the original article.

Well you have a few options. It usually is enough to send the admin an email that you do not want it, or that you want better attribution or whatever. If that does not work you can contact the hosting company or file a DMCA request. And it is always a good idea to watermark the video for those cases.

You can threaten legal action and go through the host, etc but if they're set up overseas so they can steal content without worry there's not much you can do. It's not a big deal anyway.
