How to handle serial refunders who blackmail shit list?

I have a few questions for @Apricot or @I know SEO or any other mod who would like to answer.

When selling a product outside of the forum, on any of my websites, how does the BHW shit list effect me?

When selling online, it's not uncommon to get serial refunders who buy your product and ask for a refund, hoping to get a free product. If you don't honor their refund, they threaten to shit list. I'm getting quite sick of these free loaders and hoping for a formal statement from the mods on the matter so I can better handle these time-wasters in the future. Right now I'm just refunding them but I'm getting annoyed.

If you delivered your product, just tell them to fuck off. Mods are pretty fair here and can see whether you delivered or not.

I don't have an answer to your question, but I have my own questions to ask. My wife just started a business on Facebook and she was seeking the Services of someone on Fiverr. After not wanting to do business with this one particular person, she seeked the Services of another seller. And now this one particular person has found her website and is now trying to blackmail her into giving her money to stop writing bad reviews on her website. He specifically told her not to contact customer service for the bad reviews will continue. Please let me know if anyone is able help. I am willing to pay.

Where are the bad reviews being wrote? ...As they can be removed likely.

Shitlist doesn't mean you are going to ban instantly. You can tell them "Go fuck yourself do what ever you want to do" if you delivered your product and service as advertised.

They are being reviewed on her Facebook business page. And they won't allow removal of reviews.

I would think that if you can prove they are serial refunders then you would have a case to shitlist them.
I think Admin and Mods would take it seriously and would be happy to ban members like that.
It might also be worthwhile to ask for a New BHW Section Just for Marketplace Sellers, that way you could warn each other if you think certain members are trying it on in several threads.

Don't get me wrong. I despise these types of sub humans but I despise the thought of them influencing my day for any longer than the 5 seconds it takes to remove them from my life and add them to the jvzoo global ban list!
