Hello
i have a users website where users upload there original content like images\music\pictures\articles.
But some of the users also upload content which they dont have rights.
In that case how to handle?

Don't you have a disclaimer? If you're worried why can't you delete it. You should have rules for users like bhw does

You can simply warn the users that are uploading duplicate content. If they do it again you can ban them.

You got two options here. You first have to ask yourself the question. Do I want this copyrighted material to be removed, or do I want to keep it?
1) If you want to keep it, just ignore any copyright removal requests from third parties and make sure you host with an offshore host that also ignores copyright removal requests.
2) If you are OK with deleting copyrighted content, just have a link where people can submit abuses on each individual type of content and have it either automatically removed or manually by someone. Kind of like how Youtube does it.

Put a DMCA policy on your site and a contact form for the copyright holders. Only remove the content when you actually receive a DMCA through that contact form. That's most most of upload sites do.

If you think the content uploaded will definitely get you a DMCA, then you can remove it yourself.

Usually owners of that kind of sites places a form for right holders so they can complain on materials(will help you if there's a sue process) + place site on offshore hosting.

You should post a message on your website regarding this. Also hire an editor for this purpose so that he can check the content posted on your websites regularly and take appropriate actions.

It depends on the content and the way it is presented.

Try a disclaimer short disclaimer notice under each post author.
