How to handle a site that completely ripped off my website

these guys stole all my content, images, etc...and just changed the name on their site from mine to theirs...the pisser? They forgot to change the webform contact info so all the people they scammed for $200 a piece are submitting web forms that are coming to me.

How do I handle this? I am a newbie.

they are under domainsbyproxy...their phone number doesn't work on the page...their email address seems fine, but no response.

Help guys! thanks.

put a notice on your site to warn people about them.
report them to google (try to get them deindexed if they ripped your site).
 
I would contact domainsbyproxy.There is a big yellow button for cases likes yours. "File claim"

Google is so dumb...they make you contact the webmaster...guess they don't know about DomainsbyProxy. Jeez.
 
The sale leads are coming to you??? At U$ 200 each???

What the heck are you complaining about, these guys pulled a black hat success in your favor!

They jacked his site, left his contact info, scammed and banked off others, and the victims are contacting him because of the contact information being left the same.

He's getting fucked on both ends on this one and might face legalities due to a misconception.

As mentioned above, report with DomainsbyProxy with the emails attached that you have been received regarding that domain, and contact Google on top of that including the email(s) that you sent to the hosting service.
Post a notice on your site, as also mentioned above, stating that you aren't affiliated with that scam site in any way whatsoever, and warn them against using it.
 
I think OP is getting the complaints and not the sales.. if this is the case then buy cheap sape links and google will kill the site within the next few days ;)
 
Send a dcma request to google be as accurate as possible to prove it was them that ripped you.

The site will be sandboxed within a week

use scrapebox and some nasty anchors. If that website is new (it surely is if just launched) it will vanish from the face of G in no time.

No don't send them SAPE links. They will benefit from them immediately and actually outrank you in the short term!

Firstly ensure that you set up an important bulletin on your front page advising people of the scam (I'm assuming you own a legitimate business rather than blackhatting?)

Secondly file a DCMA request with google. They do take those seriously and it will be handled as such.
 
Fill out the DMCA takedown forms for their host and for Google. Among other things, they violated your copyright.

You got it wrong. The thieves copied his site and are scamming people but they forgot to alter the email address at the contact form so angry customer complaints are being sent to OP.
