How to handle 2-Step Verification? What do you advice?

You need a physical sim card or a service which allows you to use the same number at least 2 times. The first time is for initial registration and the second time is before you enable Google authenticator.
After that the priority is Google authenticator > Recovery phone > Recovery codes (backup codes if enabled) > Recovery email.

U can use online services to confirm number. Its like 1$ for 1 sms - u get sms - create reserv codes - and u no more need telephone - just this codes

Do you use the same authenticator on your phone for all your accounts? Or google has a way to flag that?
If you don't use their new cloud synching, you can add as many accounts as you wish on one device/emulator without problems.

You can use as many code in Authenticator, but just don't sync to any google accounts

Verify your account via email instead of phone. Google will send a verification code to your email, which you can enter to complete verification.
