Hello... I've never been growing a twitter account before...
Can someone give me some info on what's working at the moment and what's the best way to grow twitter acc? Thank you in advance.

Catfish method is the best means of building a twitter account very fast with exclusive results. Upto 20 followers a day depending on the celebrity you chose. Note that you can get upto 100 followers if the celebrity is trending on twitter. Look for a celebrity that is not on twitter.

When you get to 7k followers pls switch to your main name or brand name. Because twitter can be tricky, you may get to 10k using the catfish name and they will restrict your account. Before changing your name, put your page on private. Hope this helps

So, if I get you right... I start running twitter account and chose name and username similar to a celebrity that I come up with and I should hope people fall down the trap and follow the acc by me: following and unfollowing / engaging / retweeting / posting?

Not really, the fans of the celebrity will search for the favorite and your page will pop up. Endeavor to indicate on your bio that it's a stan account, they will follow you regardless that it's a fan page.
