How to grow this facebook page

Hi guys, I need some experienced advice here. I am building a Womens health authority site (like womenshealthmag). I have started to create a tumblr, G+, pinteres, twitter and Facebook audience, but the Facebook is the one that getting me upset. I have already paid 40 USD (is an spanish site, so the cost of advertising is like 5 times lower) and I only managed to get 200 likes. At this peace, it will take severall hundreds of dollars to build a good audience. So is there any "trick" or technique you recommend to get more followers and dont spend that much in Ads?

You can buy likes in a cheap rate. On BHW you will find a lot of thread regarding cheap Facebook likes. Some of them are providing good service. I suggest you to check on Social Networking Sites section.

Without spending single dime, there is slowly to grow amount of likes at Facebook. little by little into a lot.

- Add friends through your FB profile then invite them to like your FB page.

The key here is that the page must speak directly to the persons interest

Text must be that simple and the image must pop out. Image should have some red, green, orange, or something that really makes it jump out so it acts as a pattern interrupt.
