How to grow my personal account

As the title say, I would like to have a big personal account with tons of followers.

I created it one week ago and i got to 200 followers with the follow4follow groups, obviously this followers are not that engaged.

If i try follow/unfollow with normal people, I get a low followback ration, how can I raise it up?

A second strategies: what happens if I grow the page as, for example, a meme page and then at some point I delete all the posts, change the account name and start to post stuff about myself?

Post quality content, engage with the followers/followings start doing F/UF manually or hire someone to do it for you.

IG usually doesn't like that and it might shadowban you hard

Good job on getting those first 200 followers!
If you want to raise those follow back ratio, really double down on finding better sources e.g. find pages that are very similar to yours and post similar content. Do a lot more research on that, I know there a lot of already existing threads on that here. Also apart from just following them try liking 1 or 2 of their most recent posts too (but also be really careful about this, so you don't get an action block from IG).
 
You can order growth from people with large instagram networks like me :)

Actually you can try that , but you need to be careful , the transition needs to be done smoothly and slowly if you don't want to get banned

Hi what follow 4 follow groups did you use to get 200 followers?
 
Personal accounts can be very wide when it comes to content, they could go from a regular teen posting pics with his friends to a photography enthusiast or just a boring business man who post few pics of his business trips and daily work.

First focus on which niche your daily life can be more related to as this will be the main income of content for your account, then try to target audience related to that niche with f/u, hashtags and keep posting good content.

This option usually doesn't work.
