I have a page with 200 likes, targeted US likes, about teachers
spent 20 $ so far

that's a bit expensive for me

Is there a way better
i thought about creating an event and say to few of my friends (targeted) to tell their friends 'teachers'

and when we reach 5000 for example, there will be a prize for a random member, and i will really do it

what do you think ?

thats a great idea, but spending 20$ for 200 likes is not right !! well, have you tried fiverr?
 
Better promote your fan page on niche's where you could find lots of students and teachers fans or some cheap group promotions.

i did facebook ads and put suggested cpc

how to get few thousands targeted us fans with few dollars in teachers niche please
 
It is hard to answer to this question. I think 200 fans 0.10 per US fan even is cheap per official FB ads. You can buy cheaper fans, but they will be not active. Think to continue to use fb ads, I think 0.10 per us fan is fair!

I think facebook ads is actually the only legit way to get facebook targeted likes these days, and to get them for cheap you gotta make a bait likes campaign, I mean stupid things like you put a cool car and a phrase ''Like if you think this car is cool'' people still fall for those things
 
post in group.. facebook group.. niche targetted. and do post in ur fan page frequently.
 
Contests, post on other authority pages and groups in your niche. Interact with your fans to keep page active.
 
you can also comment on other fan pages in your niche and tell them to check out your fp
