I don't agree with some of the previous comments, on Linkedin many users add anyone, your profile doesn't matter. If you want to quickly dial contacts, you need to add Hindus)))

3.Chose your niche and reasearch your right niche related hashtag

It depends on the content tbh. And the relevancy of the content. As well as the hashtags you use for the posts. All of it should be relevant to your audience to have some sort of engagement.
