How to grow fb group even further?

So I have created these fb groups related to car and real estate classifieds, I pumped it with some members from smm and forgot about it. Now I see it has grown +4500 real people on car classified and +2500 on real estate classifieds. And around 300 people are joining every week, discussions being created. How can I grow it even further , speed up its growth? And how can I use it (I have no adsense cause of unsupported langauge). Hoping to get advice here.

You really have to take care to post a lot of useful posts related to automotive technology every day, create fun topics, maybe build a character image and then use it as a joke associated with automotive technology.

Thx. It's not about technology tbh. These are car buy/sell and real estate buy/sell/rent groups
 
Maybe I can set some obligation for users to invite friends or smth.
How to rank in Facebook search engine? Does anyone know what kinda algorithms are they using?

Also is it possible to run fb ads for Facebook group? Is procedure the same (creating a post from a page) ?
 
You can also share many funny videos, or dangerous situations, then post for people to discuss the situations. You need to build more quality content to attract people to comment and discuss. essay

To direct traffic later to my site with adsense (if I install it) or other kind of ads, and paid listings.

You can use Facebook ads to promote your group to a wider target audience. Create a website linked to your group, where you can post more detailed articles, offer related services or products.
 
facebook ads, pay a campaing and promote your sites, may a collab with someone on the car group because is more informal, but ads will definitely help.
 
I think it's growing fine organically but you could try ads
