After I create a facebook page I always join to groups which are related to my category. Then after I post smth on my page, I post the same thing in all groups. This is the most basic and fastest way to grow your page I think. (beside paid promotions)

quality content, post several times per day depending on what is your facebook pache the ones I follow post around 10 to 20 times per day, plus followers interactions, follow pages like yours, if you want to invest a little ads otherwise you need to have good content and suply it everyday.

Get your Facebook post age link and advertise on Craigslist, blogger, websites, fliers, etc. People won’t know who you are, if you don’t get out there.

To grow a page content is crucial, you need to create high quality content that can get engagement. While doing this you also need to join other groups and comment on other people's posts to be more visible. Buying followers and likes can also be an option.

Is there any point unless you can get the page to have a massive following? FB massively nerfs organic reach to push you to pay for ads. It's why everyone jumped on making groups that actually had organic reach although that seems to be getting nerf'd as well.
Most large content creators use FB as a secondary syndication channel. The only way to get real reach is to spend money. Better off growing an audience on platforms that still have the opportunity to get organic reach, use FB as a place to repost content on a page if you want but don't put more effort into it than that. You're better off building a group but even then you'll have to put in the work to promote it and it's just a matter of time before FB limits the organic reach of group posts as to the same degree as page posts.
