i want start yt chanel like side project.. i dont have time or skills to create content and looking for easy way.. cc videos are not options... maybe just some editinig or something.. main goal is just to build legit channel .. i dont care about money, just personal wish to have yt channel.. any way to do this?

it's like how to grow a plant without anything to plant.... if you wish to build a personal channel, then just create a channel and forget about it. lol

Marketing is the only key. Use facebook marketing using CPM method or do AdWords video marketing.
After your marketing budget is finished. You need to retain your visitors with good content. You can become popular by spending 1000s of dollars but won't makes a penny without good contents and right keywords.

It is ideal to have a clear content plan before starting any online channel. The other quick methods of creating content will eventually get exhausted.

I mean you can do it why not? I have one of my own and I just use it for personal entertainment. but may I ask you, why no content?
