AFTER THAT, you gonna make 10-20second short clips of those videos put your channel name behind that, also as a watermark somewhere visible, like those tiktok videos, you know. And post that shit worldwide on every social media website there is. Do that 10times for everyvideo or even better if these are 10min + videos make 2 clips of each from the best parts. And post 20 of them through out the internet. Go to favorite facebook websites and post that link in their comments, russian website, japanese datin channel websites, it doesn't fking matter, it will stay there and generate views, maybe even likes or comments, you can deactive the like ratio until you're happy enough with it, but the more views you have, the more are people willing to click to your videos and this is the hard truth..i don't click on the 1000 views guy..but rather on the 20k-50k views guy.
Also your keywords, description, alt tag of the video file name etc. could be also relevant.
And the last thing? Make or at least try to make it look like quality content. Even if most of it is stolen, which i don't know, i didn't see your content.
But if you need any help just write me a pm i just wanted to start to teach people on how to start their own business and youtube as well, for free on youtube without courses or selfimprovement bs.

OH AND EDIT: DON'T MAKE THOSE CLIPS if you have not at least 10 videos up, because people will come for content and if they see, oh one video? They'll leave you. Make your site appealing.
