How to grow an account manually

Hi guys,

I'm currently on holidays so I have a lot of free time everyday and so I told myself, why not go the manual route? Generally speaking it's more efficient and safer than bots, so that could be cool.
That's why I would like to know if you have some advices like how many follows an hour, when to unfollow, etc... I'm shooting for (at the very least) 1K followers a day, I'm sure that's doable according to the time I can put in it (10h+ a day). I guess that I also could make some promotion out of Insta, but what and how ?

how manual is different from automated? you do the same stuff only by your hand. you will be able to follow around 50 people in one go but I think it was lifted to 60 recently. then you have to wait 10-15 minutes and follow again. that's it. but to gain that 1k, you'll have to follow a lot more than that and then unfollow these people. and don't assume that you can spam a lot manually since you can get banned if you use or do not use a bot. unfollow after two days. that's all you need. good luck
