How to grow a youtube channel ( View, subs )

Hello guys,

First of all, I want to say sorry if my english is not good.

I have a youtube channel, with our created content (we have a studio).
Current statistic is: 249K subscribers, , 49,358,700 views. our Channel is focus to audience in Vietnam only. our Content is produce about 2-3 videos / weeks.

And now, we want to invest more money to grow it. Our target is about increase 60,000 subs, and about 13M views.

I'm consider some way to archive this target: buying sub, views. Using youtube ads to promote. Running facebook ads campain to promotes.

Could you guys suggest me some way to archive this target, and the estimated budget that we need. Thank you.

You already have a good fan base to kick off.
Go with YouTube Ads and contact some other youtubers get some shoutout and annotations from their videos.
Purchase HR views on your videos to give instant boost to the videos.

With these pretty sure you will be able to achieve the target that you have setup.

thanks for give me the advice. Currently, each video we uploaded, we will reach 90-100k view after 3 days. do we still need to purchase HR views as an instant boost ?

Btw, I have another question, is there any tool that can help me analyze our competitor. As I've checked, there is some channel with the total subs is only about 110,000, each however, each video they posted has about 6M-12M views. I've checked the comments of these videos, almost nonsense comment, like this "Ggfdtfgdgffvfhfgfwwwpooogcv)))))1234567890 Hbbvmbhbcfggxxggxvcbvcpkoohxvvhcvbvhbbk", and each day, they gained 2000-3000 subs more.

So I want to find a tool which can provide me traffic source, keywords search volume... blah blah, that can help me to analyze my competitor, to find out their way.

Dude. Try fb traffic. You can spend some money to buy fb group or fake girl account with followers. It's cheap.
