How to grow a twiter account

So yesterday I was thinking about getting into twitter and did so , I signed up , picked up a niche , got a username , added a profile and cover photo , posted some tweets and started following some people on my niche and got like 20 followers in 24 hours, so I was wondering about :

1 ) Is growing a twitter account (targeted followers) really worth of it ? (easy to monetize , traffic ? )

2 ) What strategies are u guys doing to grow twitter accounts ? ( I am using follow/unfollow )

3 ) how many tweets should I do per day ?

Personally, I haven't had much luck monetising Twitter. Getting followers is the easy part. Getting them to actually click your links and buy your stuff is a slightly tougher challenge.

Your first mistake was creating a new one from scratch. You should buy a few aged accounts so you can be aggressive and not get suspended
